MealSuite is a rapidly growing, privately owned, 100-person organization, with offices in Cambridge, Dallas and Vietnam. We’re improving the quality of care while reducing food waste and optimizing supply chain in the continuum of care through our foodservice technology platform.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide support to customer service, sales representatives, enterprise partners teams, and handling administrative tasks. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver the company`s vision and strategy.

Role And Responsibilities

Sales/Lead management
- Review and vet inbound leads and triage to appropriate territory manager
- Process inbound enterprise level partner sales (those with no AE involvement) and generate sales orders
- Organize, curate, and keep up to date all digital sales collateral, documents, and tools such as sales PP decks
- Track and run monthly commission calculations and submit to Finance
- Drive sales team compliance and accountability with data and reporting
Enterprise Partners
- coordinate and assist MealSuite executive sponsors in enterprise partner agreed upon deliverables such as reporting, materials, and scheduling of meetings
Account management
- assist in scheduling and managing annual, bi-annual meetings between CSM team and key accounts
Training and Onboarding
- Coordinate efforts in training and onboarding of MealSuite Revenue team new hires, including but not limited to:
- Sales Enablement
- Assist in planning and coordinating Revenue team meetings and workshops
- Plan and coordinate Revenue team Lunch-n-Learn bi-monthly meetings
- Determine with Sales Ops manager Lunch-n-Learn topics and curricula
- Schedule presenters and review content

Requirements

1-3 years’ experience in a software sales support role
Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual possessing a strong sense of urgency
Experience with MS Office, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and timely follow-through
Strong project management skills
Time management and superior organizational skills
Initiative, ability to anticipate team needs
Understanding of SaaS software business environments
