Our client is a world leader in medical aesthetics. As the Sales Operations / Social Media Manager, you will support the company’s Florida sales team by assisting with data management, social media postings, lead generation, and email blasting.

Who Are You?

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. You are a self-starter, responsive, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong organizational skills. Your proven track record of working with a sales team will take your candidacy to the next level.

You will support pipeline management and forecast for the Sales teams by providing insightful reports and analytics, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations and other insights. Your data-driven mindset will help you provide performance reporting and analysis to decision-makers within each Sales team, reviewing any gaps in data analysis, and closing those gaps.

You will have the opportunity to create social media posts, advertise for company events, and turn organic videos into engaging content to promote events and drive new leads.

You will assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content, and develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.

Maintaining a unified brand voice across various social media channels is of the utmost importance, and your strong communication skills will prove useful in interacting with users and responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.

You will be able to impact the company’s customer base by researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest. You will also act as a representative of the company’s products and solutions while building new business.

Your ability to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails will help you drive new emails on a weekly basis and identify new tools to drive leads.
