Description:

Custom theatre surgical packs are a critical and core part of our business. We locally manufacture and supply these packs to the Public and Private Hospital network around Australia and New Zealand.

We are currently offering a position for an individual to join our team, providing assistance to the sales team by handling quoting, pricing, and pack change requests. In this role, you will utilize your daily skills in customer service, administration, and time management. Joining a larger team, you will contribute to the supply of a crucial product to the healthcare system in Australia. A typical day could include:

Work with the sales and clinical teams to assist in the development of quotes and tenders for procedure packs. Tasks may involve initiating new pack requests, modifying existing packs, or exploring alternative components based on customer specifications
Assist in the preparation of quotations for tenders in cooperation with Product Management
Use the in-house quoting system to prepare pricing and key in pack change data
Field requests from the sales team on samples - sourcing the sample and sending them out to the customer
Work with the Product Marketing team on the launch and introduction of new Medline components
Work closely with the Sourcing team when looking for component alternatives

Our flexible workplace culture allows you to work from home 2 days a week, with the office days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Previous experience in a similar role demonstrating competency in administration
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong time management with demonstrated experience in managing many tasks/clients/projects simultaneously
Effectively builds relationships with internal and external customers with honestly and integrity
