Summary Of Position

The Sales Operations Manager will lead the ongoing development of our CRM Platform. The candidate will have a successful record of improving processes and overall adoption using the products and modules of the CRM platform. The Sales Operations Manager will provide architecture and design guidance working with the architecture teams to meet the business needs. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify develop and deploy new business processes and improve existing processes. This role includes administration, analysis and in some cases managing implementation efforts. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform in conjunction with integrated data systems such as MCH, Dodge, School Bond Finder, and GovSpend.

Essential Responsibilities

Manages the CRM system optimization by supporting workflows and greater efficiencies in the sales process.
Manages the regular production of and adoption of CRM system reporting.
Oversees the integrity of the data within the CRM system.
Generate actionable insights from sales data and support data-driven decision-making.
Mange multi-systems and will take part in deployments, upgrades, incident, problem & capacity management functions.
Implementing and drive adoption of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other technology solutions.
Automate system infrastructure provisioning, updating and security baseline enforcement
Develop and implement system governance and scalability.
Provide advanced technical support for CRM system infrastructure, integrated data, and services.
Insure accuracy and completeness of sales data maintained by the sales operations team.
Developing documentation and training tools to manage and maintain the CRM system infrastructure.
Creating tools and process to help CRM systems improve cost efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that critical and time-sensitive projects run smoothly and achieve the business outcome
Manage SQL database help to create target lists and help maintain data integrity
Develop technical integration between marketing and CRM system

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of proven industry experience as a CRM administrator, Sugar or SalesForce CRM preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Project management skills and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on CRM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Strong strategic skills with ability and vision to map out business processes using best practices and BA process mapping techniques and standards
Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand application development methods
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

Preferred Knowledge And Skills

Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Knowledge of Sales, Marketing and Service areas of the business
SQL query writing and report writing experience
Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
MBA and/or CBAP or PMI certification

NOTE: All Meteor new hires are expected to attend an in-person cultural orientation which requires travel to our home office in Gainesville, FL. Employees may also be required to travel and attend annual company meetings and events. All business-related travel expenses will be paid for by Meteor per our company travel and expense policy.
