Metric Bio are retained on a Chief Revenue Officer position for an exciting RWD company, who have just raised Series A and are looking to bring on an entrepreneurial leader, who can drive business within the BioPharma space and take the business to the next level!

Our client have a real-world imaging data platform that accelerate R&D needs. The business was born out of Stamford and Y Combinator, with the founding team coming from a mix of commercial and academia backgrounds.

We are looking for a proven hunter/revenue driver, who is dynamic, well connected and has a experience successfully working with Senior Leaders, C-Suite and Clinical Leadership in the Biotech & Pharma world. As CRO, you will be responsible for all sales, go-to-market, and revenue globally so, having a deep understanding of the RWD/RWE market (including biopharma, life sciences, aggregators, and CROs) will be required.

Required Qualifications:

Deep expertise and knowledge licensing data within the life science, pharmaceutical, RWD/RWE space
Demonstrated success scaling and maintaining sustained growth in an emerging market
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on licensing data or data analysis tools to lifesciences / pharmaceutical segment.
Proven track record of scaling sales and marketing organizations to capture emerging markets.
Knowledge of clinical research pathways.
Masters of business or Masters of science in data related field preferred
Ability to both set strategy and execute in a startup environment
Willingness to travel as needed to things like conferences and customer meetings
Knowledge and use of data analytics to make informed decisions about resources and priorities to drive growth
Excellent communicator, both interpersonal and written
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing startup environment
Well organized and able to prioritize across many projects at once
Enjoy working remotely
