Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Latin America

Location: Miami, FL (remote work available)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead our sales and revenue growth efforts in the Latin American market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing big B2B deals in the mental health industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's revenue growth strategies in the region, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving the company's revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for the Latin American market
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
Lead the sales team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Develop and manage key performance metrics to track sales performance and effectiveness
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to support sales efforts
Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends
Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of closing 40-50 big B2B deals annually
Experience in the mental health industry is strongly preferred
Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation:

10% equity with 5-year vesting schedule
Base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
