MOBI Solutions is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate Consultant to support client work across HubSpot and Marketo: helping build and QA campaigns, troubleshoot sync errors, and manage data and workflows. Marketing Operations Associate Consultant

Full-Time, Remote, US Only

Salary: $65,000/year

We’re strategic partners, not just executional resources, and we pride ourselves on bringing calm, clarity, and measurable results to chaotic RevOps environments.

We’re growing fast and looking for a junior consultant who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a trusted advisor role over time.

What You’ll Do:

Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo).
Build, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
Assist with lead lifecycle management and scoring logic.
Support client data cleanup, segmentation, and reporting projects.
Troubleshoot sync errors between MAPs and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce).
Help document processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Participate in client calls and take ownership of tactical follow-ups.
Stay up to date on platform best practices and release notes.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or a similar Marketing Automation Platform.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and the ability to ask great questions.
Curious, collaborative, and excited to learn quickly.
