About the Role:
As CFO, you’ll be the financial architect of Tucoemas, leading strategy, audits, risk management, planning, compliance, and all things numbers. You’ll guide the financial health of the credit union while bringing our mission to life—ensuring financial security for our members and community.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and audits
Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic growth
Ensure compliance with NCUA, GAAP, and regulatory standards
Lead ALCO activities, monitor interest rate risk, and optimize performance
Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
7+ years in senior financial leadership, preferably in a credit union or banking environment
Deep knowledge of GAAP, NCUA regulations, and financial risk management
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills
