Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of the sales pipeline and territories to ensure data accuracy and completeness, be responsible for managing day-to-day CRM data, workflows, and integrated systems
Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by sales/rev ops leadership
Ability to work with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams to ensure workflows perform as expected and data integrity is at the forefront
Be responsible to provide business insights by working with Revenue team leads to generate reporting and sales performance analysis
Work on tooling enablement by creating documentation and training materials
Maintain an expert level of knowledge of the company’s CRM system and other sales tools in order to provide support and training to users as needed
Surface relevant data and key insights to support strategic decision making, Rev forecasting and strategy, Sales Commission, Rev leakage and Contract analysis.
Work with the sales team to develop and document standard operating procedures for key sales processes
Monitor sales KPIs/Sales Matrix and create regular reports to share with sales leadership, highlighting trends and areas of improvement
Manage the sales onboarding and training process, ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and information to be successful
Build and monitor reports and dashboards to identify and address data insights using multiple systems
Execute and support projects that will help Revenue teams operate more efficiently
Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations inquiries, including but not limited to data requests, system issues, and process questions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Masters/bachelor’s degree in business, sales, finance or related field
3-5 years of core experience in Sales, RevOps, or as a Business Analyst
Extreme attention to detail and consistently seek to understand the cause and effect of a situation thoroughly.
Ability to present ideas clearly using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently and meet deadlines.
Critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
Expert with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and PPT
Comfortable learning new technology and able to adapt well to new applications.
Contribute to developing business controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize sales performance.
