We are currently recruiting a Sales Operations Coordinator on behalf of our Andover based client.Working for a well-established company that has been operating for +30 years, you will be supporting the sales team to deliver pipeline sales through efficient order processing, contract management and project tracking.Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am- 5:00pm with a 3:45pm finish on FridaysSalary: up to 30,000 DOEResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare simple quotations
Understand and prepare export documentation when required
Lead and manage the contract review process
Manage MRB responses from the QA department
Provide pre- sales and post-sales support for customer orders
Be first point contact for customers and process all orders in an efficient manner
Create Projects, track progress and maintain the Project Management system
Review all terms & conditions documents, identify issues to be resolved and work with the Commercial Director to negotiate changes
Liaising with lawyers and other departments to resolve any issues and to ensure targets are met
Cold calling as directed
Attending Customer visits with the Key Account Managers and Commercial Director
Review tender websites for potential sales opportunities
Assist in the process to obtain feedback

Person Specification:

Commercial awareness with previous customer service or sales experience
Excellent communication skills and strong numeracy skills
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
Advanced IT skills including MS office and order processing systems
Confident in networking to increase sales
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential as the consequences of errors are serious
Proactive with excellent organisational skills
Experience and comfortable in working in a high-pressured environment with the ability to prioritize
