A well-established, rapidly growing multi-entity organization is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. With diversified operations across several industries, the company is poised for significant expansion and requires a strategic financial leader to help guide its growth.

Position Overview:

The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing all financial functions including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can balance high-level strategy with operational execution and has experience in multi-unit, multi-state operations. The CFO will lead the finance and accounting teams while working closely with department heads to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals
Oversee the preparation and integrity of all financial statements and reporting
Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
Manage banking relationships, debt structures, and capital planning
Evaluate acquisition opportunities and perform due diligence on potential investments
Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and reporting
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team
Present financial reports and strategy recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strong background in multi-entity or multi-unit operations (franchise, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or similar sectors a plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a finance team
CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credentials preferred
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
Experience working with private equity or M&A transactions is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $139,111.00 per year
