MultiSource is excited to add a hands-on Vice President of Sales & Marketing to our growing company! This individual will lead the sales, marketing, business development and customer service teams. The goal of the role and associated team is to grow annual revenues and margins, and improve the customer experience via a streamlined, company-wide sales process. This role will be responsible for all sales and customer activity within the company.

Deliverable Outcomes:

Driving the company’s revenue growth goals, year over year, within the current customer base and prospective new customers.
Continuing to develop an effective and efficient sales and customer success team to simplify any multiple-location challenges.
Determining future markets and customers to penetrate to continue the Company mission of diversity and avoiding concentration.
Driving and improving pricing and market strategies, as well as incorporating best practices that promote achieving target margins, resulting in EBITDA growth.
Creating a clear map/path with each account manager and their top customers.
Developing and implementing an organizational structure or planned structure for the commercial team.
Presenting a marketing plan for the company, to include website revamp, social media strategy, messaging, positioning, and marketing plan.
Implementing a Sales and Operations planning process within the broader sales organization

Responsibilities :

Develop the sales strategy necessary to achieve the company’s goals for annual sales and booked orders.
Set, manage, and achieve aggressive sales targets for all team members.
Grow current markets, identify, and penetrate new profitable markets and customers that provide rapid growth opportunities in accordance with the company’s growth plan.
Develop and maintain key strategic customer relationships that lead to increased levels of business.
Develop pricing strategy and methodology for annual and long term agreements.
Establish strong and collaborative lines of communication with the senior leadership of the Company.
Create, lead and mentor a high-performing sales and customer experience team that meets or exceeds sales goals.
Develop and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts in accordance with the company’s annual budget.
Develop company-wide marketing strategy to include, branding, website, social media, trade shoes, and marketing materials.
Identify and drive new product offerings and vertically integrated opportunities utilizing the capabilities of the Company.
Cultivate deep market and customer knowledge, identifying areas where the organization can offer significant value.
Strict adherence to the Company’s quality system, corporate policies and Code of Conduct requirements, as well as all Federal and State regulatory requirements
Collaborate fully with other Leadership Team members on general business issues and challenges

Professional Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in sales leadership roles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing, preferably in complex precision machining, tooling and production of metal products.
Preferable experience selling into the Medical, Aerospace, Defense and/or semiconductor industries.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic customer relationships at all levels of an organization.
A proven track record of increasing sales and improving the performance of the sales team in an organization of at least $100M in annual revenue.
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and executing an aligned sales and operations planning function.
Demonstrated ability to grow current markets and have a high level of success in entering new markets.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing.
