We are partnering with a client to fill their immediate opening for and Sales Operations Analyst to join their team:

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales & Planning teams to handle all tasks needed to ensure the success of the program
Creates, sets, maintains, monitors and reports on internal SLAs and KPIs.
Creates and customizes reports and dashboards.
Manage customer PO's to ensure they are correct and processed accurately
Create Items with in Salesforce.com systems
Troubleshoot and find solutions for various issues

Qualifications:
Please note: Candidates who do not meet all the following qualifications will not be considered.

3 years' experience supporting a sales operations team preferred but not required
Proficient in (Microsoft Suite);
2+ years of Saleforce CRM experience
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate work
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills: written and verbal
