TO QUALIFY: You must have at least ten or more years in a sales management role in Financial Services, with Sales Operations excellence.

Our client is a leading international provider of consulting and solutions around data, technologies and insights that enable financial institutions to make better, and more profitable, data-driven decisions faster.
The organization serves all of the Top 100 banks and 1100 of the largest mortgage companies today.
Report to the Chief Global Sales Officer.
Two US/North American Sales Directors in direct report.
Forecasting, pipeline and building/improving the account strategies.
Executive reporting and presenting on plans and the "state of sales" and forecasts to the C Suite and the board.
You will also be an instrumental leader in negotiations of any six figure and above contracts.
The Sales Operations Officer will be responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of processes and strategies to drive revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency across the Sales organization.
Interpret market trends.
Leverage thought leadership and other line of business expertise and data analysis.
Focus on maximizing retention efforts and cross-selling into white space.
This role will be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the sales pipeline and forecast and the alignment of go to market stakeholders.
This individual will come with Banking Industry experience coupled with being a natural leader of people with excellent managerial and operational skills.
