Sales Operations Manager – Introduction

As Sales Operations Manager you will support our business development function by instilling best practice and consistent processes to achieve operational efficiency in our Go to Market activities.

Sales Operations Manager – The Role

Support colleagues by driving operational efficiency & providing data analysis/insights.
Define, track & implement business objectives, initiatives, strategies, tactics & processes.
Review existing workflows & processes, then improve and document.
Design, document & implement business processes to support sales activities.

Sales Operations Manager – About You

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce or Hubspot.
Familiar with sales & marketing applications.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & prioritising skills.
Commercially astute.
Flexible & adaptable attitude - willing to accept & drive change.
Highly organised & with an eye for detail
