We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our team to help scale our rapidly growing brokerage.

📜 About The Position

As Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for helping build out and scaling our operations and processes to support sales and marketing. You will be working cross-functionally to help guide performance interface with finance, legal, and service teams.

👩🏼💻 What You'll Do

Maintain, build out, and scale the key systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft…) that support our revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, SDR teams)
Build out and scale operations/workflows that support revenue teams
- Lead to Opportunity Workflows (e.g., Inbound workflows, Outbound sales development workflows)
- Opportunity for client workflows
- Partner with finance to help scale how we manage renewal workflows, commissions and service
Build out the right processes to support sales planning and forecasting processes and work with the revenue team for successful roll outs
Instrumenting our revenue teams and bringing strong data and analytics capabilities to help drive more data-driven insights on how we scale and improve
Be a great partner to different departments that interact with sales operations and driving key cross-company initiatives where appropriate (e.g., finance, service teams, sales, marketing
