About The Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to build out and maintain our home-grown marketing and sales technology stack used to drive go to market execution. A key component of this process will also be close collaboration with cross functional business units to enable reporting and performance analytics across campaigns to power optimizations, insights, and further evolution of our marketing and sales strategies.

What You'll Do

As a member of the go-to-market team, you'll collaborate closely with cross functional business units (sales, finance, advisory, etc.) to create roadmaps, targets and KPIs across all lead generation initiatives
Utilize our stack of technologies to build effective marketing analytics pipelines in order to report on initiatives and build dashboards to aid in effective data-driven decision-making
Create the needed processes, ceremonies and data reports (SF, HS, BI tools) for marketing and sales teams, lead data meetings and enable roadmap and KPIs monitoring
Identify pain points and business opportunities across different funnels and customer journeys within our digital marketing tech stack and operations
Own the go-to-market tech stack including Hubspot, Salesforce and Salesloft
Continuously optimize and customize web user experiences to increase conversion rates, expedite the sales process, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as SEO, discoverability, awareness, acquisition, engagement, and pipeline
Work closely with paid advertising partner to track and manage campaigns across channels
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
Implement best practices for data management, tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in revenue operations roles required (i.e. tech project manager, martech specialist, or business ops function working closely with marketing and sales teams)
Domain expertise with marketing & revenue automation platforms as well as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau, data warehouses, etc.)
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Expertise in setting up measurement frameworks and tracking systems to collect relevant data and draw statistically significant conclusions
SQL experience a plus
