Position Summary:

Responsible for evaluating and organizing data and providing reporting and support to the finance, accounting and sales departments. Provides additional reporting and support to the Advanced Diagnostics Division where needed.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform sales forecasting
Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals
Propose and independently implement solutions to the sales process, involving key stakeholders at important milestones
Work with the Business Development Team to complete change orders and enter data into the Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity
Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure contracts align with Company standards and are within guardrails set by Leadership
Provide analyses to better understand project life cycle trends and how those life cycle trends can continuously improve forecasting and sales growth
Proactively partners with Operations to have a firm grasp of our processes, test menu, etc. to assist in appropriate pricing/discount offerings, escalating where necessary
Ensures contracts coincide with current budget tool as approved by Division CFO and/or client specific rate cards.
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

3+ years in corporate environment, preferably healthcare with well-rounded understanding of contracting and laboratory processes.
College degree required, preferably in life sciences.
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
Experience with system implementation and upgrading.
Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
Proficient with MS Office programs.
Exceptional service orientation.
