We are looking for a talented and proactive Sales & Operations Specialist for USA

Mission:

Providing support to all sales teams in the region as described bellow as well as distributors. Conduct different reviews and guide sales individuals to a correct use of the CRM.

Main Responsibilities:

Set the Salesforce culture usage within the sales teams for LEAD creation and conversion; offer generation, exclusive and sole tool for offers. Individual reporting.
Execute reports to track desviations generated by lack or misuse of salesforce, specially but not exclusively stages, values and dates
Address potential improvements to CRM team and give support with potential incidents with CRM
Generate and maintain reports for sales teams commissions in the region and report to headquarters and manager.
Keep record of pricing and special prices of customers.
Generate forecasts for the assigned markets and report in format requested to headquarters.
In terms of SIOP, provide trends to set the demand for production. The reports will need to be integrated with the overall demand and coordinated with his/her manager.
Additionally, sales team and distributors may require support to align lead times and other operational issues. Sales operation may coordinate as needed.
Reports the different targets across the regions.
Host monthly business unit reviews and address all key actions.

Job Requirements:

Preferrably Marketing, Finance, IT or other similar master degree.
Almost 3 years as Salesforce /SAP Expert User
Work permits for US.
Proficient English C1. Desirable spanish
Immediate availability to start working in Neolith.
