Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000

JOB DESCRIPTION

Netstock is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support the company by developing and improving processes, systems, policies, and procedures to help drive operational excellence throughout the sales and operations organization. The mission of this new sales operations role is to increase business insight and to improve sales productivity.

Essential Functions

Monitor sales processes and provide regular reporting around performance metrics such as bookings results and conversion rates, pricing and discounting practices, pipeline integrity, backlog and forecasting accuracy.
Work with the Sales and Ops organizations to update onboarding timelines, sales forecasts and pipeline reports, as needed.
Support the Sales and Ops organizations with design and updates to Salesforce dashboards.
Assist in design and maintenance of sales territory structuring, alignment, and commission reporting.
Help maintain and update price lists and discounting approval matrix. Will also facilitate testing and assessment of new pricing strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements/automation and work with senior management to implement.
Identify and improve compliance to process for booking deals and flow into Intacct for contract generation. Facilitate discussions with Sales and SalesForce developers to improve weaknesses and improve the solution.
Responsible for ad hoc sales reporting to various teams throughout the organization.
Standardize and own reporting to sales management, exec team, and Board.
Sales compensation design, documentation, calculations, and reporting in collaboration with the financing team.
Helping identify key drivers in the business to help achieve revenue targets.

Competencies & Qualifications

SFDC super user (or another similar CRM).
Intacct contract and billing experience a big benefit (or similar ERP).
Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
Proven track record of managing various deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines.
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience working for a technology company environment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and good project management capabilities.
Loves data and can use the data to tell a story as well as use the data to facilitate actionable outcomes.

Required Education and Experience

BA/BS in business, finance, or related field
Minimum 8 years of related experience
Salesforce certifications/ qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience using Salesforce
3-5 years of Operations experience
