Role Profile

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaming, have a desire to overcome challenges, and contribute innovative ideas to our rapidly growing business. The Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible for supporting account teams throughout the sales cycle and ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and accurately. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for creating accurate reporting, completing all compliance checks, and auditing throughout the sales cycle. In this role, the candidate will be a trusted advisor and demonstrate expertise and insights to sales leaders. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations.

Qualifications:

At least five years of previous experience in a sales operation's role or work experience in a related discipline (Business Operations, Marketing, Finance)
Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting executives and able to manage multiple priorities & deadlines
Has strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in reporting metrics to key business stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in compliance and auditing
Functional understanding of CRM and strong experience with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
Experience in reviewing and auditing contracts/statements of work

Responsibilities:

Support Account Teams and Sales Leaders with operational support, training, guidance, and forecasting/pipeline management.
Responsible for accurate data management of records within CRM by utilizing various sales data management tools
Maintains documentation and proactively identifies areas of efficiency in the sales process
Updates Partner and Alliance portals to supply funding and pipeline information.
Works collaboratively with other departments, teaming with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales and IT, Field Operations, and our Alliance Partners.
