Job Description

Support daily operations through data entry and workflow execution to gain a strong understanding of business processes
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and understand end-to-end workflow lifecycles
Document processes, key observations, and findings during day-to-day operations
Identify inefficiencies and “pain points” in existing workflows and suggest areas for improvement
Assist in analysing processes and estimating potential time or efficiency savings
Support the implementation of digital processes, automation initiatives, and AI-driven tools
Participate in small-scale automation projects, including design, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of process enhancements
