We're looking for people to join our growing Leeds operation. You'll work alongside our inside and field sales teams and our solutions architects, with a good view to seeing how your career can take shape along different lines.

What you'll do

Work with the sales team to drive opportunities through the full inquiry, order and fulfilment processes, focusing on:

Developing and issuing quotations, using both Novotek’s and key supplier systems
Order processing & fulfilment, including managing digital and physical deliveries of our products
Maintaining fulfilment-related communications, and handling exceptions as they arise
Entering and maintaining information on leads, prospects, and opportunities in our customer relationship management system
General administrative tasks

This role requires a detail-oriented person, who can help the broader team maintain a high level of efficiency through their ability to maintain accurate, timely data and communications through the sales process.

Qualifications

At least 2 - 3 years' of sales administrative or similar experience

Experience using order entry, inventory & shipping, or similar functions

Experience using CRM systems such as salesforce.com is ideal

Familiarity with Microsoft office applications – Excel in particular

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Qualifications in business/admin or IT are preferred

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
