Join us as our new Sales and Sales Operations Manager
You will be a key member of the sales and marketing team and will help to promote PrecisionBiotics products in one of the biggest markets in the world. You will be involved in both B2B and B2C models to leverage offline business in the UK, establishing firm foundations for growth and expansion. You will partner with our dynamic marketing and medical team, to co-ordinate programmes and events, and to support the rollout of new and innovative products across the UK.

You will contribute to a team that is focused on developing and supporting a new market trend in the UK, while providing insights and qualifications to customers. You will help to educate both Health Care Professionals and consumers on the impact of PrecisonBiotics products on people's lives.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Developing and managing new sales opportunities
Providing leadership and direction to partner teams
Supporting commercial product rollout across the UK (offline)
Managing cross functional team projects
Contributing to strategic discussion around buyer personas, targets and methods
Compiling and analysing sales reports and market insights

To succeed you must hold:

Minimum 3 years in a lead selling role preferably in Food/Food Supplement/Pharma/Cosmeceuticals
Previous management experience in sales operations desirable
Good understanding and experience of working with commercial financial metrics incl. budgets & profit & loss.
Demonstrated customer relationship management
Experience working effectively and cross functionally in medium to large commercial organisation
Experience with onboarding new customers and managing the cycle effectively
Occasional travel required (UK & IRL)
