NOW’s technology and services serve as the foundation of their client’s digital transformations, working with our deep vertical expertise to create next generation Vertical Intelligence (VI) solutions in industry.

NOW is looking for a sales leader to oversee all internal revenue generation across its quickly growing group. This Director, Revenue Operations, reporting into the COO, will be responsible for accelerating the sales integration of new acquisitions, cross selling software and services across the NowVertical group, increasing NowVertical Units’ share of customer spend and directly selling to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own concrete sales targets across the NowVertical group
Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements
Lead and enable their revenue operations team in partnership with the Business and Product Unit leadership
Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to increase customer spend
Oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting
Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives
Deliver and execute on strategic projects and serve as the primary conduit for cross-functional work
Support M&A identification, acquisition and integration

Requirements

Proven leader in the revenue operations domain, with experience managing complex groups of stakeholders in a public company setting
Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems while prioritizing critical issues and mapping long-term needs
Experience with integration for mergers and acquisitions
Ability to draw actionable insights from large and complex datasets
Excellent communications skills and the ability to quickly build rapport across the organization
Global experience in multi-entity/multi-currency environment
Budgeting and budget development
Ability to develop strong cultures, lead groups of individuals effectively and manage cross-functional coordination
Excellent and effective presentation skills in both large and small group settings.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
