NTN is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for our Sales Operations Team in Corporate Mount Prospect, IL office.

The Sales Operations Analyst is part of the Sales Operations Team at NBCA that is responsible for the maintenance and development of the company’s CRM system, Salesforce.com, as well as developing and executing NBCA’s E-Commerce strategy. The Sales Operations Analyst will be a support role for both areas of the Sales Operations Team with general responsibilities outlined below:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: E-COMMERCE

Support daily operations of specific E-Commerce channels
Managing or participating in projects related to Improving Product Data and streamlining E-Commerce workflow
Data Analysis, product data enrichment, data mapping.
Extracting, transforming and distributing Product Data to external parties/systems
Ensure the accuracy of product content within Product Data and Product Information Platform(s), including key data fields, attributes, product descriptions, images, and documents needed to support online sales
New User creation and maintenance and system configuration
Data Quality Maintenance and create and update Training Materials
Creation, maintenance & distribution of reports and dashboards

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree and/or relevant work experience in Sales Process Support role
1-2 yrs. of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably in an administrative type role
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
Able to deal with and clarify unknowns or ambiguity; Strong problem solving skills
Ability to gather internal/external customer requirements and turn into meaningful material
Analytical mindset and proficiency with MS Office
Familiarity with Web Intelligence or Business Objects
Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH)
Technical acumen to learn to use and work with multiple systems
