WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING as Chief Revenue Officer

Reporting to the Company President. You will be his “right hand person.”

In this role you will be accountable to the President & have the skills, abilities, and experience to compliment the President’s or other organizational needs

· First-On Boarding: Learn and understand Nuance businesses and processes.

Current Nuance business units (sales history, opportunities, challenges, plans.) Operations-processes, systems & people; R&D-priorities, processes, products, and people; Sales-major accounts, key people, opportunities, pricing, agreements.

· Serve on the Executive Management Team

· Involved in Planning and Strategy development to help contribute to Nuance’s short- and long-term organizational success.

· Effectively communicate and clarify the “why” of those strategic plans

· Manage, Coach and Develop assigned direct reports and employees

· Manage daily operations and planning of projects assigned by President

· Manage a profitably grow assigned key accounts

· Maintain and enhance relationships with internal department supervisors and employees

· Identify business opportunities (sales) to penetrate targeted categories and segments.

· Manage and perform Sales functions with President and as assigned by President.

· Maintain relationships with materials vendors as needed and when required

· Participate in our Performance Management Program, which is our execution management process which engages our entire organization

PREVIOUS PROVEN EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE

· At least 10 years is General Management or Senior Sales Leadership with diverse management success and achievements in Growing business results in Sales, Marketing and Management executive positions.

· Qualifications in manufacturing environment with P&L responsibility along with extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, project management, process improvement, information technology, G&A experience, and leadership skills

· Ten years career experience preferably with a manufacturing company(s) and environment in various roles of increasing responsibility and specific documented results.

· Possess leadership, decision making abilities and self-confidence.

· Has developed written business, strategic and/or sales plans for his business or segments of responsibility

· Project Management experience and skills (Leadership/accountability, Documentation, planning, scheduling, reporting, timelines, etc.) working with several internal departments on various size projects.

· Project Management experience working with both internal and external customers is a must.

· Has acted as a liaison between Senior Management and employees

· Successful Experience in Sales Development-finding new opportunities/business (prospecting, referrals, etc.) and Key Account Management-with key customers are a must.

Marketing Experience and familiarity: SEO, Campaign marketing, Video, Lead Generation, Brand Management

· Strong understanding of financial reports, including Income statements, balance sheets and general accounting reports. Can also interpret and develop analysis & recommendations from the reports as needed to assist in the budgeting process, as well as administration of specific projects. Has experience with expense control.

· Hiring, on-boarding, motivating, and monitoring the performance of employees and direct reports.

· Excellent proactive communication skills: verbal, including persuasion, clarity, and questioning as well as active listening. Written skills: Clarity, conciseness, logical and persuasive to any audience, any position. Presentation skills: High Quality, making Complexity simple & understandable

· Has a history of performance/process-based management projects

· Understanding and experience with distribution is a plus.
