About This opportunity

nVoq is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will support sales contracting, contract management, and operations reporting in support of direct sales and vendor partnerships.This individual will support all Commercial team contracting, including base contract templating and proposal drafting, as well as managing contracting processes, measurement, and reporting. This is a critical Commercial support role that will further enable nVoq’s rapid growth. Together, we can improve the lives of in-home healthcare providers and, by extension, improve healthcare.

About This Role

The Sales Operations Manager will support all aspects of contracting, measurement, and reporting for the Commercial team. Leveraging your experience, you will be a key influencer in how nVoq evolves our current contracting initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help shape the Commercial team’s operational structure with an emphasis on the key focus areas of efficiency, process development, contracts management, measurement, and reporting.

This role reports to the EVP of Commercial, supporting the Commercial team.

Compensation Philosophy & Target:

We want our people to feel valued for the contributions they bring and connected to the success of the company. As a result, for most roles we target market mid-point for salary after the first year. For new employees, we adjust for estimated capabilities and projected contributions as well as include an equity grant allowing employees to invest in the Company at a significant discount via Employee Stock Options. We regularly conduct thorough market research based on a variety of factors to establish a competitive mid-point for each role and adjust accordingly.

Target Base Salary after year one: $95,000/year (+/- based on capabilities)

About Your Opportunities (i.e. "You will...")

Develop and continuously improve sales contracting tools, processes, and contracting vehicles
Optimize and automate direct and partner sales contracting processes
Using standardized templates, collaborate with sales team members to draft orders and contract agreements for customer and partner presentation
Manage the overall contract management process including tracking, archiving, renewals, and expirations
Establish measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for direct and partner sales activity reporting
Be an effective written and verbal communicator to clearly articulate objectives, goals, and progress to nVoq key stakeholders
Socialize new ideas through both formal and informal channels in the organization, building a case for change and work with a sense of urgency
Support regular business review processes by preparing core template updates in support of the EVP and leadership team.
Travel ~10%, including semi-annual visits to the Boulder HQ office for company meetings and/or field planning sessions for the leadership team

About Your Abilities (Required) (i.e. "You have and can...")

Manage the software sales contracting, contract management, and operations reporting function in support of direct sales and partnerships
Demonstrate strong business acumen with an emphasis on a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
Identify, develop, and optimize - sales contracts, as well as contracting processes, management, measurement, and reporting
Self-direct your efforts to think critically, problem solve, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Manage weekly direct and partner Commercial reporting and monthly Commercial business review report out to senior leadership
Demonstrate executive-level interpersonal and professional communication skills
Create/Edit at a high level in Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics.
