We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are a growing irrigation and landscaping company seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure high-quality service for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems
Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and team members
Monitor job sites for safety, efficiency, and quality control
Assist with estimates, materials ordering, and budgeting
Train and mentor employees as needed
Payroll experience as must

Qualifications

Previous experience in irrigation, landscaping, or grounds management
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of Commerical Bidding Systems
Knowledge of landscape design
Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping practices, and equipment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Quick books experience
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Bi-lingual is a plus
