About the role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst you’ll leverage your analytical skills to provide data-driven insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure operational efficiency across our revenue teams. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to be successful. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to leverage their unique ability to interpret data into actionable insights and be a key contributor to our mission and rapid growth.

Duties

Insight and Analytics: Analyze diverse data sources to provide actionable insights to leadership, creating detailed reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Performance Metrics: Identify and assess key performance indicators for sales, marketing, and success teams, ensuring ongoing alignment with strategic objectives.
Customer Segmentation: Leverage data to establish deep customer segmentation and provide insights across various segments, informing more targeted strategies.
Revenue Forecast and Quota Setting: Analyze historical data, sales pipeline, and market trends to create precise sales quotas and accurately forecast future revenue.
Data Management: Responsible for collecting and organizing data from various sources and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Commission Analysis and Reporting: Analyze incentive and commission plans to ensure alignment with business goals and team motivation. Ensure accurate calculations and reporting of commissions.
Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial impact of sales strategies, incentive structures, and process changes, providing insights into their effectiveness.
Performance Metrics: Identify and assess key performance indicators for sales, marketing, and success teams, ensuring ongoing alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in Data Analytics or Revenue Operations roles.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experienced user of data management and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBi, or similar).
Able to map data schemas and explain how data flows into external reporting systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $80,000 plus performance bonuses
