Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Entering pertinent order details or other data into Salesforce.
Reviewing the information from the sales opportunity, products, proposals/quotes, contracts, and purchase orders. Ensure the information matches the order.
Creating a draft and sending a complete sales order to the regional financial controller.
Creating and maintaining service contracts.
Other duties and data entry may be assigned.

Previous experience of using Salesforce is highly desired for this role.
