What Is This Role's Mission

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Manager of Business & Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling the business. At Origin, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between strategy and execution, focusing on revenue optimization and operational efficiency. This role is highly cross-functional and interfaces with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams.

The BizOps & Rev. Ops function encompasses both the tactical and strategic aspects of our operations, from sales funnel optimization to data-driven decision-making. Our mission is to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization. This role is instrumental as we refine our revenue-generating processes, implement scalable strategies, and develop data-centric performance metrics. You'll be leading the charge in optimizing business processes, managing the entire revenue lifecycle, and driving key strategic initiatives.

You'll not only shape operational procedures but also contribute significantly to the bottom line by improving metrics that matter—from customer acquisition costs to lifetime value. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the future of Origin, driving both day-to-day operational activities and longer-term strategic projects.

What you'll do

Partner with the executive team to formulate business and product strategy, driving the strategy and execution for sales, marketing, and customer success operations to meet the company's financial objectives and growth targets.
Own and manage the entire revenue lifecycle, including lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company’s goals.
Own the sales forecast and deliver regular reporting and analysis to company leadership, providing insights into business performance and trends.
Drive a data-driven culture by developing and maintaining key performance metrics and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end revenue operations, identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Develop scalable processes and system infrastructure to support our growing sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Partner with finance to develop and manage the annual revenue budget and quarterly forecasts.
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects related to improving operational efficiency, process refinement, and systems implementation, which includes executing tactical, day-to-day operational tasks.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and project management.
Monitor customer acquisition costs and lifetime value metrics
Evaluate and improve marketing attribution models to better allocate marketing spend

What we consider a must have

BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BizOps or RevOps, or a similar role in a high-growth technology company
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, including a high degree of proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies. Must be able to perform complex analysis and maintain data integrity.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, CRM systems, and the levers that drive and impede growth.
Experience with sales and marketing technology stacks, including hands-on CRM management experience. Salesforce & Hubspot is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization and influence at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
