Due to strong growth and increasing demand for our premium imagery products and award-winning AI solutions, we are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in our Melbourne, Doncaster East headquarters.

The Sales Operations Specialist at Outline Global plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our commercial operations, sales, customer success and growth endeavours. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, this role engages closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and project delivery, to streamline inbound sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and support key accounts. By optimizing project coordination, refining operational efficiency, and fostering strong customer relationships, the Sales Operations Specialist contributes significantly to Outline Global's growth trajectory within the dynamic geospatial aerial imagery industry.

OUTCOMES

Objective #1: Deliver Streamlined Inbound Sales Process | Contribute to the implementation of efficient and standardised procedures for managing inbound sales inquiries, bids, tenders and quotations. Ensure a prompt response time, accurate data entry into the CRM, and seamless communication between sales and cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and data coordination, proposing and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall sales team performance.

Objective #3: Drive Effective Project Coordination | Coordinate project execution seamlessly, from capture and processing to delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across management systems. Facilitate communication between teams and create reporting tools to monitor and track project progress effectively.

Objective #4: Contribution to Growth Initiatives | Actively contribute to the company's growth by collaborating with the Head of Sales and other stakeholders to develop and refine strategies for expanding Outline Global's product offerings and market presence. Explore new business opportunities and support initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
