Opening with our engineering client for our Sales Operations Analyst. Looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in a sales operations analyst or similar role.

Essential Functions

Support regional sales operations management
Assist strategic and key account managers to build account plans
Support quarterly review and updates of designated account plans
Assist users with functional issues related to using CRM system
Ensure that the business data is consistent and of good quality
Produce monthly reports
General updates to the system (SAM/KAM) functions
Phasing out an old system and integrating new – cleaning, updating, cross referencing
Using excel to create pivot tables and extract different data metrics
Interface with finance team and create data metrics using multiple streams of data

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field
8+ years of experience in a sales operations analyst or similar role
Business analytics and operations planning
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Robust data analytical and writing capabilities
Advanced knowledge of Excel & CRM tools
