Job Responsibilities

Support sales teams across the US and the Board of Directors with reporting and analysis so they are able to make data driven decisions
Will analyze the data and compare to internal KPI’s
Update templates weekly in Microsoft PowerPoint with data from Salesforce (will train on Salesforce)
Surface reports and dynamic visualizations to better understand what has happened, more accurately predict what will happen and more confidently recommend what should (or should not) happen
Work closely with the SR VP/GM of Commercial Operations and the Sales organization to build and predict commercial business opportunities
Manage weekly report updates to forecast models that integrate multiple variable inputs
Responsible for creating Person Accounts in Salesforce.com based on field requests
Assist in developing and executing overall sales operations strategy and objectives
Partner with departmental stakeholders to understand business objectives and the data needed to support decision making

Job Information

Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $33.66-$38.46
Assignment Length: 3+ months
Working Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM PST
Required Weekend Overtime – Approx. 4 hours and can be done at any time on the weekend

Candidate Requirements

BS or BA required, preferably in Business
3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations
Experience using cloud-based systems such as Salesforce.com nice but not necessary
Must be proficient in utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (can create pivot tables, v-look-up, etc)
Proven ability to create chart visuals from raw unorganized data in Microsoft PowerPoint for Board of Director presentations
Must be comfortable fielding questions related to the data by phone and email
Previous work history that demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
