The VP, Business Operations is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing key operational areas within Parasol Group, Inc.. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional capable of managing legal agreements, operations, and departmental functions. The successful candidate will work closely with Parasol leadership, the General Managers across various business units and will directly supervise the Marketing, IT, Quality Assurance, and Facilities departments. About 6 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations to ensure seamless business functions across all departments.
Legal & Contractual Oversight: Manage legal agreements and contractual obligations with precision and diligence.
Executive Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination with General Managers and senior executives; organize and manage high-level meetings.
Departmental Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to the Marketing, IT, Quality Assurance, and Facilities departments.
Strategic Administration: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, balancing executive administrative duties with strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience: Extensive experience in senior-level operations, business administration, or executive support roles.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse departments effectively.
Legal Acumen: Proficiency in managing legal documents and contracts; experience with negotiating or overseeing legal agreements is preferred.
Organizational Expertise: Exceptional skills in multitasking, project management, and scheduling.
Communication: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
Travel Management: Proven experience in managing travel arrangements and logistics in a corporate environment.
Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of IT systems and digital tools that facilitate operational efficiency.
