We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, financial concepts, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including strategic planning and execution.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting processes, and payroll management systems.

Pay: $140.00 - $450.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
