Pattern is looking for a RevOps analyst to drive and incorporate our China data operations. You must appreciate and have a love for data, enable the data to identify and support marketing, sales and brand management functions within Pattern to enable a clear narrative around historical and forecasted insights.

In this role you will drive visibility into our sales funnel, provide solutions for sales enablement, surface data to understand our ROI on sales & marketing activities, and help us to accelerate our sales velocity. This is a FULL-TIME role and will work from Guangzhou, China in Pattern’s office.

Pattern has developed sophisticated technology fueled by insights from western marketplaces to identify consumer appetite for any given product supported by how Pattern will accelerate sales. We are looking to develop a similar methodology for Asia platforms.

What is a day in the life of a RevOps Analyst?

● Build scalable data infrastructure that supports a growing sales team and leverages diverse sets of data in order to easily surface insights for prospect accounts

● Continuously innovate, make recommendations and implement new practices to improve how Pattern visualizes insights that help to drive action from prospect accounts

● Leverage internal and external data to build growth plans that demonstrate how Pattern can help to accelerate a brand’s performance across marketplaces

● Work across sales, ads, data science, brand mgmt, finance, and other teams to drive strategies that assist in closing new brand partners

● Assist with analysis that helps to understand and optimize funnel performance and maximize ROI of sales & marketing efforts

● Proactively coordinate with various stakeholders (domestically & internationally) to prioritize projects and communicate with those stakeholders

● Identify and evaluate new data sources that will provide Pattern with additional information to penetrate new categories and support existing brands with confidence

● Ability to interpret data from B2B and B2C sources to offer a single source of truth with existing sales data and provide a forecast into future performance.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

● Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, analytics, statistics, strategy or similar quantitative major.

● Around 3 years’ experience in an analytical or strategy role

● eCommerce experience is not required but a huge plus

● Technical capabilities in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Python, Tableau

● Data-driven and have great interpersonal and collaboration skills.

● Ability to translate data into insights and to effectively communicate them with senior stakeholders

● Communicates in a clear, concise manner and tailors messaging to the audience (e.g. executive level vs. mid-level management level)

● Able to prioritize daily activities to ensure materials are prepped for highest priority potential accounts and reps are prepped with insights

● Able to understand the context and pain points of various accounts to tailor messaging, decks, etc. to meet those needs

● Able to work efficiently cross-functionally; build relationships and leverage expertise of various departments to build better business cases or reinforce Pattern capabilities

What is the team like?

You will work with Sales leadership as well as be supervised by the APAC Revenue Operations Manager. You will also work closely with the Chinese operations team and Head of APAC Sales in Singapore. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
