We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team! At Pattern, we’re a team rooted in innovation, integrity, and collaboration; values that have proven to continually deliver excellence to our clients.

What You’ll Do

Target new prospects and manage your own book of business targeting mid to large-size law firms
Strategize and implement solutions when faced with challenges that defy an easy fix
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners that can support your goals
Effectively manage time, prioritize objectives to meet strict deadlines, and exceed goals
Create business plans to maximize opportunities within your accounts to develop a sustainable and recurring book of business
Structure and manage complex negotiations to successfully close, deliver and develop long-term client relationships
Work cross-functionally within Pattern to advocate for new features and to provide clients with customized and technical solutions that maximize product adoption and value

What You’ll Have

BA/BS degree preferred
True ‘hunter’ mentality with a passion for closing consultative sales
5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management (renewals and upsell) experience
Successful track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in past positions
Experience managing the sales cycle from initial call to close
Strong communication, sales operations, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM) is a plus
