It is an exciting time to be joining Pax8, we simplify the way organisations buy, sell, and manage cloud solutions - and as our Revenue Operations Specialist, it's your mission to drive effectiveness and insight using of all the sales and data tools at our disposal to support the Revenue Operations teams, as we continue our expansion across EMEA.

You'll be joining the Revenue Operations arm of our Operational division, you can be based in either Farnborough or our Bristol offices - We're not precious! This new and critical role supports the four focus areas of RevOps : Sales Strategy and Excellence | Revenue Planning, Analysis and Ops | Tools and Tech | Analytics and Insight.

A bit about you and what you’ll be doing:

With a curious and strategic lens, you’ll look to optimise tools and tech and streamline processes for long-term efficiency
Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with Pax8 global GTM teams, you’ll find solutions to amplify our sales and marketing teams performance and productivity
You’ll take key insights from in-depth reporting, reimagining ways to improve sales planning and forecasting
You’ll have excellent change management skills – Not just identifying what to change, but consulting with key stakeholders to guide them through implementation
You’ll diagnose and remove operational roadblocks, enabling the teams to focus on driving revenue and support our ambitious growth goals

As the linchpin into EMEA, and plenty of opportunities to travel over to our EU offices, you’ll be translating business requirements into tech requirements as we continue to unlock a universe of possibility!

Requirements:

We’re ideally looking for some who:

Has proven experience in a similar Revenue or Sales Operations role, such as Sales Planning and Performance
Is comfortable working with a level of ambiguity in a supersonically growing Global organisation
Has fundamental working knowledge of Salesforce – Use of Chorus and Clari is a plus
Can build partnerships and work collaboratively across technical & non-technical areas of the business
Is a hunter/gatherer of insights and problem solver in the matrix of reporting, data and business processes
Can challenge the status quo, asking the questions to pivot the dial accordingly

Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)
