Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for building and standardizing a suite of reporting and empowerment tools to maximize efficiency at all levels across the sales organization. The candidate will play a critical role in developing a framework for senior leaders to make data-driven decisions to grow the business. Projects may include pipeline analysis, forecasting best practices, ad-hoc sales performance analysis, QBR preparation, evaluation of strategic programs, and the packaging of findings/recommendations into presentation-ready content for senior leadership. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have excellent analytical skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Be a trusted business partner to sales & marketing leadership
Build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution
Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region/territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators
Create dashboards in Salesforce and Qlik to visualize data
Create ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders
Partner with sales management to drive accurate forecasts
Conduct regular analysis of our sales territories and provide regional leadership with actionable data to improve productivity
Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues
Collaborate cross-functionally within the sales, marketing, and finance organizations to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
2 or more years’ related experience
Experience building reports & dashboards in Salesforce.com and Qlik (or related BI tool)
Advanced Excel skills
Very strong attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to independently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible, well organized and able to work well under pressure
High level of ownership of assigned tasks and independent initiative to achieve exceptional results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor and positive experience working alone or with a team. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.
