Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Deal Desk Analyst to join our team. The Deal Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing strategic and analytical support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and product management, to ensure deal terms and conditions are accurate and compliant.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the deal desk function.
Assist with contract negotiations as needed.
Shepherding large opportunities through various pre-sale to post-sale processes, in collaboration with Finance, Legal, Implementation and Service.
Ensuring deals adhere to timelines while managing through the sales process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Proficiency in using SFDC CRM/CPQ, DocuSign CLM, MSFT Excel, and Power BI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The pay range for this position is $69,600-$129,200/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
