Peak Performers has partnered with a SaaS technology firm to assist in their search for a Chief Revenue Officer. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's growth objectives. This role involves overseeing various revenue-generating activities within the company, encompassing new and expanded sales, attainment of annual pipeline targets, marketing, sales development, partnerships, and ideally, client success management. The CRO's primary responsibility is to foster cross-functional cooperation and ensure the seamless execution of the business strategy.

Major duties

Create a comprehensive sales-oriented team with a strong customer focus to deeply engage with our customer base.
Enhance the sales approach, nurture customer relationships, boost new business acquisition, and expand into the mid-market and enterprise sectors.
Make necessary adjustments to optimize performance, seize opportunities promptly, and develop or refine infrastructure for the future.
Develop and execute long-term sales plans, incorporating strategies, objectives, quotas, tracking systems, and analytics, with the ultimate aim of establishing a data-driven and predictable revenue flow.
Demonstrate a track record of successfully recruiting, mentoring, and retaining sales talent, including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, and constructing high-performing teams.
Implement continuous sales training and development programs.
Lead and enhance the operational efficiency and success of the marketing department to leverage past achievements and harness the unique opportunities associated with our offerings.
Provide guidance and a clear vision for the marketing team, encompassing demand generation, branding, product marketing, events, and content creation.
Exhibit a proven ability to define target customer personas and devise and execute strategies to effectively market and communicate with these segments.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or related field
4+ years of experience as a CRO/Chief Commercial Officer, ideally within a growth-stage information and technology/SaaS company.
Preferred experience in supply chain, analytics, financial health, risk, procurement
Candidates should possess a track record of overseeing both marketing and business development, including channels and sales partnerships, in addition to their expertise in sales functions. Alternatively, they should demonstrate a history of working collaboratively with these essential functions.
Demonstrate a history of creating and overseeing sales and marketing teams for an enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
Prove your success in formulating, building, and executing a go-to-market strategy that emphasizes marketing, business development, pricing, revenue operations/management, partnerships, and sales.
Possess experience in scaling revenue streams for a growing business.

About This Position

Salary: $250K - $300K (with bonus potential)
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite/week)
