Performance Health is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Medco Sports and Distributors team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of projects and processes to meet and exceed customer's needs. This role will offer process improvements as needed and necessary.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Provide analytical support and make recommendations to the Medco and Dealer Management Group (DMG) business, including but not limited to:

- Order and Shipment analytics at the business unit, vendor, and customer level

- Inventory analytics to ensure adequate customer service levels

- Commercial Initiative KPI analytics

Acts as a liaison with vendors, sales reps, sales managers, customer service and other departments in the company to enable strategic priorities
Research and resolve issues that arise, working cross functionally as the liaison for Medco and DMG
Develop processes and documentation to streamline monthly reporting and analytical needs
Respond appropriately to all inbound calls (emails), meeting customer (stakeholder) needs for quick and accurate response
Works cross functionally on department initiatives to improve the customer experience
Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Performance Health systems and processes
Works with leadership to ensure analytics are completed timely and accurately
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in data analyst role or sales analyst role
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make useful recommendations for business decisions
Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with multiple internal departments
Excellent computer and data entry skills including high level of proficiency in Excel, Access and other databases
Strong analytical, problem solving, logical thinking, and intuitive skills
Focus on accuracy, organization and attention to detail
Promotes and maintains positive internal and external customer relations
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time, including overnight travel

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000 plus benefits.
