Phreesia is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team! As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will rely on your previous contract and pricing experience to impact and advance our deal desk processes. You will work cross-functionally to deliver pricing approvals on a large scale and deal guidance as needed for new logo and expansion opportunities. In this role, you will support all aspects of the contract life cycle from opportunity through signature.
What You’ll Do

Support sales on large volume of standard and complex Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) configurations and custom pricing
Support end to end contracting process which can include creating, updating and sending contracts, identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce and systems
Review and ensure CPQ accuracy on all Change Orders and replacement contract requests
Maintain high levels of quote throughput and accuracy, including the adherence to turn-around time SLAs
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Market Development, Legal, Billing, Revenue and Finance to gather business requirements to fulfill and complete the appropriate customer document
Collaborate with the deal desk team on contract negotiations to help drive deal decisions by approval thresholds

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working with pricing, deal structuring and contracting
High level of understanding contractual impacts on billing and revenue as well as pricing concepts and frameworks
Proactivity to partner with business leaders and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Experienced in Salesforce.com, DocuSign and working with a CPQ

Base pay for U.S. is $80,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications.
