As Senior Revenue Operations Manager you are an expert in how marketing campaigns and sales initiatives are fully operationalized and brought to life via the different marketing and sales technology tools adopted by the company. You work hand-in-hand with the marketing, sales, technology engineering and data analytics team to understand business requirements and implement highly effective (highest yield) and highly efficient (lowest cost) trackable marketing campaigns and solutions for direct customer acquisition, lead generation, lead nurture, user engagement, and up and cross-sell of products.

You are the steward and magician of our marketing and sales automation stacks and you know what tools the company needs to use to get the most accurate tracking, attribution, lead data enrichment, sales effectiveness and ultimately conversion across our marketing and sales pipeline.
Your Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Braze, LeanData, Wordpress, Outreach, Segment and other providers. If something in our connected tool chain breaks, you are the person who we turn to.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement programs across the marketing and sales processes and partner closely with sales and marketing leadership and data analytics teams to continually improve our direct-acquisition efforts, our lead generation tactics and our nurture and engagement strategies
You will help drive revenue-generating projects, conduct opportunity assessments, and shape overall marketing and sales technology strategy and prioritization
During a typical week, you will use multiple data systems to compile data sets, review data, uncover insights about the business, and present findings and proposals to management
Identify and evaluate data sources and approaches required to enrich and score leads and make our marketable database as aware as possible of customer intent
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of our tech stack
Work from ideation and strategy phase through to execution of new automated prospect nurture programs, including driving strategies to increase lead engagement and velocity
Oversee ongoing monitoring of prospect nurture programs to ensure they are working properly, and make recommendations for efficiencies

Your Required Experience

Hands-on experience with as many of the following tools as possible - Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Wordpress, Braze, AppCues, Optimizely, HEAP, Segment, Outreach, Salesforce, Snowflake, Hootsuite or similar marketing technology platforms
3+ years of experience implementing direct acquisition and or lead generation campaigns, ideally in the SMB market
Proven experience partnering with various stakeholders - marketing, sales, data analytics, product engineer to enable the most effective and efficient closing of new business
Exceptional analytical, quantitative and creative problem solver - you know your data, and you know where to look if something looks odd
You are a self-starter and you bring in others to make things happen faster and at scale
Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information
Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed
Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress
Experience within a SaaS business is a plus
