About the position:

PLTFRM is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to drive our continued growth and success. Reporting to the CGO, the Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with key parts of the business, including new business development, ops and strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate is a well-organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to prioritize and work effectively with a team as well as analyze, develop and implement complex sales operations strategies.

Responsibilities:

● Maintain CRM (Hubspot) by ensuring proper setup and pricing info is in place and that sales team members are consistently entering data correctly; Troubleshoot system issues directly with Hubspot.

Implement processes that help scale the Business Development department.

● Build and maintain sales data reporting and dashboards for the Business Development teams, including but not limited to overall sales pipeline report, trends against goals, inbound vs outbound leads, etc.

● Craft standard operating procedures for all BD functions and keep them up to date as agency services and functions fluctuate.

● Field and manage Business Development-related process questions from sales team members and cross-functional departments.

● Create and maintain sales training materials.

● Proactively schedule sales training both internal to the BD department and cross-functionally with agency service departments for sellers to learn.

● Project manage sales collateral creation and updates with the marketing department.

● Maintain the Business Development shared drive by keeping track of and organizing all sales materials appropriately.

● Oversee and manage all third party subscriptions/tools for the Business Development team.

Required Skills/Experience:

● 4+ years of business development and/or operations experience

● Familiarity with lead generation, sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM data analysis and management

● Working knowledge of HubSpot

● Experience influencing individuals to work as an efficient and effective team

● Familiarity with one drive and Slack

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● Experience driving cross-functional initiatives

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
