PMB is Perth's leading provider of blower-truck services: We install mulch and soil on an industrial scale for large landscaping and construction projects. We pride ourselves on delivering outcomes that are of the highest possible quality for our clients.

We are in a growth phase, expanding to meet market demand. We are seeking someone who is interested in growing professionally within our business.

The Role
You will learn to lead the coordination and management of every administrative aspect of our projects. Working alongside the Managing Director and the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Scheduling resources - staff and machinery
- Procurement
- Quoting projects
- Customer Service & sales support
*Administrative functions such as bookkeeping and payroll are not part of this role.

Working from Cockburn Central depot, a normal day in this role involves:
- Confirming current and upcoming projects, compiling the necessary information and scheduling resources accordingly
- Coordinating and re-assigning resources to manage issues whilst maximising resource utilisation
- Coordinating the procurement of materials and other resources
- Answering phone and email enquiries. Triaging calls and quoting jobs

This role is suitable for someone returning from maternity/paternity leave. We are also open to you working ‘school hours’ (approx 9am-2pm).

Requirements
To be successful in this role, over time, you must be ready to ‘take control’ and become the ‘queen bee’ of our projects. The successful candidate will exhibit:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Forward-thinking and planning skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Client liaison experience
- Outcome orientated, but process driven
- Experience with simPRO is highly valued
- Experience in the construction industry is not essential
