MAIN FUNCTION:

Provide customer service to clients, including product qualification, price quotes, order entry and production planning to support backlog.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Two years related experience
Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills

Prepare cost for product by working with Procurement and in Epicor, marking up cost accordingly and communicating to the customer
Review customer PO’s for accuracy in pricing, terms, shipping instructions and enter in Epicor
Determine product needs based on backlog and forecast
Communicate needs to Procurement and approve the placement of PO’s
Track components and request jobs once received
