Sales Operations Manager

Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
- Lead and manage a team of department heads and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for operational projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering , or a related field. Ideally with MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing operations in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to operations management.
